Levy County is located on the West Coast of Central Florida, Chiefland is in the upper north section of the county. Manatee Springs, the highlight of our area is located only about 5 miles to the west of Chiefland.
The Suwannee River is also a short distance from Chiefland along U.S. Highway 19. The Suwannee Rivers waters run for also most 20 miles to the Gulf of Mexico, offering great fishing opportunities for both fresh and salt water anglers.
