This Website Is for Everyone

We want every visitor — including people using screen readers, keyboards, and other assistive tools — to be able to use this site.

Our goal

The Greater Chiefland Area Chamber of Commerce aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA across this website. In practice that means the site is built to work with keyboards and screen readers, uses readable color contrast, labels every form field, describes images in text, and respects your device’s reduced-motion setting. Every page is checked with automated accessibility testing before changes go live, and those checks run again whenever forms, navigation, or page designs change.

We don’t claim the site is perfect — accessibility is ongoing work, not a finish line — but problems that are reported get fixed, and quickly.

If something isn’t working for you

Tell us. If any part of this site is hard to use with your assistive technology, or you need any information from it in a different format (large print, plain email, over the phone), contact the Chamber office:

We aim to respond within five business days, and anything you need from the site — including submitting any of our forms — can also be handled over the phone or at the Welcome Center.

Known limitations

  • Some downloadable documents (Word and PDF forms) were created outside this website and may not be fully accessible. Every one of those forms can also be completed directly on the Forms page, which is accessible, or by phone.
  • Fee payments use a PayPal QR code. Where the Chamber has an online payment link, a regular clickable button appears beside the QR code; payment is also always accepted by check or in person.
  • Some services this site relies on — PayPal and the spam-protection check on forms — are operated by third parties, and we can’t control their accessibility. If one of them blocks you, call us and we’ll take care of it another way.
